Our first show will be in April this year so our next club day will be focused on helping our members prepare.

Bruce & Vetty will coach the day with a focus on ranch trail patterns and effectively completing these obstacles.

Don't forget day membership is available at the club house on arrival.

It's that time of year again! The traditional CWRA Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for 1st April! 

The hunt will start at afternoon tea break of the club day. 

Donations of eggs are welcome.

Collie Western Riding Association has been successful in securing grant funding to continue work on the joint venture with Collie Agricultural Society to install additional safe horse yards.

What a fabulous way to start the new year!

Thank you to the wonderful support from the Coalminers Welfare Board of WA - Collie. We now have an additional 8 new yards.

With over 20 people helping and not enough jobs for everyone. We put them to work on the next project! Removing some old yards to be replaced by another 10 yards. Many hands certainly make light work!

We all know how hard she works for the club and reining! but being recognised by the worldwide governing body of Reining!

Now that’s pretty special!

Our secretary Marie Wetherell is also our NRHA Oceania Delegate for Collie Western Riding Association.

Bringing her administration, natural bossiness, organisational skills, determination and drive to help NRHA Reining in Australia grow, Marie’s efforts have been recognised by the NRHA.

We are beyond proud of our secretary and delegate!

We are super excited to announce Collie Western Riding Association has been awarded a grant from The Coal Miners Welfare Board of Western Australia to extend our warm up arena and 8 new undercover yards!  These two projects will get underway in the coming months and will make a huge difference to our club.  Thank you so much for your support Coalminers Welfare Board of WA! We are honored and privileged to receive these funds that will be put to good use to be enjoyed by many.

 Collie Western Riding Association as an NRHA - National Reining Horse Association affiliate, has the privilege to sit on the NRHA - Oceania council. This opportunity has developed many friendships, opportunities and now a new partnership!

We are proud to announce Collie Western Riding and Stitch em on have created a new partnership!

CWRA merchandise will soon be available online through the Stitch Em On website. Merchandise will be available for individuals to purchase and receive directly to their doorstep!

The great news doesn’t stop there! 

Stitch Em On will be donating 10% or all sales back to the club as prizes for our events!

We want to take this time to thank Tash from Stitch Em On for supporting our great club! We look forward to a great partnership over the years.

Collie Western Riding Association and the Collie Agricultural Society - Collie Show are working together to provide an additional 12 safe horse yards for Collie Agricultural Show competitors and Collie Western Riding Association members, competitors and visitors.

Thank you to Collie Agricultural Society for providing the land on their lease and CWRA will be responsible for removing and providing the yards.
